5 Everyday Uses For Peppermint Essential Oil

Canvas & Table made a visit to the Young Living Essential Oils International Convention this past weekend, and we had a wonderful time. Essential Oils are wonderful little tools with many uses for our everyday lives, so I wanted to give you five quick recipes for using one of the most popular and my personal favorite, Peppermint. My personal favorite of these recipes is the Peppermint-Infused H2O- I love drinking during my workouts for a little boost!

When using Essential Oils in recipes, it is imperative you use a pure Essential Oil. Many Essential Oils on the market are not 100% pure, meaning it can be dangerous to ingest them. 2 cups water
10 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil
Store in small glass container and shake before use

Glass water bottle
1 drop of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil

3 tablespoons of baking soda
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
5-10 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil (depending on preferred intensity)
1/2 tsp. xylitol

1 1/2  cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup coconut oil
10-12 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil
Small glass jar to store scrub in
Use a spoonful on wet skin and rinse as needed

2 oz. water
3-5 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil
Glass spray bottle
